10 to 10.30: Flexibilities with Wendy Small
10.30 to 11.45: Energy Medicine Yoga with Glenys Earle
Glenys is a Yoga teacher and Energy Medicine practitioner. She combines her two loves in this healing combination of Hatha Yoga and Eden Energy Medicine, with a focus on reducing stress and anxiety, and building resilience.
11.45 to 12.30: Yoga Nidra with Isobel Murphy
12.30 to 1.30: Shared Vegetarian Lunch and Chat
Bring and Buy table available: Bring any goodies you want to offer
1.00 to 2.30: Exploration of Resilience: drawing, journaling & discussion
2.30 to 3.30: Gong Bath & Healing Concert with Maureen McKain
Maureen is a Yoga teacher and respected Gong Master. She gives sound healing concerts with the Symphonic Gong, Himalayan healing bowls and may other ancient instruments. Tune in and recharge with the ancient sounds of the Symphonic Gong — a powerful and versatile instrument for healing.
INVESTMENT: $20 members $35 non members $40 door sales
Please bring yoga mat, vegetarian/vegan lunch to share, journal, blanket and pillow for Yoga Nidra and the Gong Bath, and any goodies for the Bring & Buy table. Tea & coffee will be provided.
