Introduction to Yoga Weekend
This weekend workshop is open to anyone who wishes to learn more about the philosophy and practices of Yoga.
The course provides a general introduction to the philosophy, history, traditional and contemporary practices of Yoga, with emphasis given to the Sutras of Patanjali.
It is suitable for beginners, those who are planning to go on to the longer Teaching Diploma and those who would simply enjoy a Yoga refresher.
Enrolments are open for the next Introduction to Yoga Weekend, to be held on 12-13 June 2021.
Teaching Diploma Course
In our Teaching Diploma Course students gain knowledge and experience of yoga over 18 months of distance learning, reflecting on how they can apply it to their life, yoga practice and yoga teaching.
A weekly commitment to learning creates a solid foundation to making yoga a life-long experience in understanding ourselves and those whom we teach.
Enrolments are open for the next Teaching Diploma Course, due to begin in 2021. Contact the TDC coordinator for more information and the start date of the next course.
